"Genius and Works of Youth for Peace" Exibition

On 10 & 11 November 2007, a social worker and four youths in House for Youth in Battambang attended the exhibition of "Genius and Works of Youth for Peace" organized by a NGO, Youth For Peace.

The goal of the exhibition was to increase and strengthen the communication between youths and youths or youths and adults, and to promote accountable society where youths can enjoy peace and development.

KnK network Cambodia brought some productions made by youths detained in prisons, and from silk and furniture workshops of our organization. We brought paintings, flowers, Hol and Phamoung silk products and rattan furniture.

Through attending this event, the boys and girls got to know more about how to communicate with other people in society.

"Meeting with the Board Members of KnK network Cambodia"

Moreover all beneficiary of House for Youth in Battambang gained the chance to
meet with KnK network Cambodia's Board of Directors such as, His Excellency, Prince Sisowath Peanuroth, Ms. Medeline. and Mr. Dominique.

We are indeed very thankful for the presence of Ms. Medeline and His Excellency Prince Sisowath Peanuroth. They provided good ideas to all adolescents and
encouraged the youths to try hard to learn and concentrate on skill trainings. Prince Siwowat also spent a sufficient time with boys and girls to have their questions and discussions. All youths felt very happy but also shy to talk to the Prince in polite languages.
