Summary of Activities
Educational assistance for those affected by cyclone Nargis in 2008.

Why Myanmar?
The May 2008 Cyclone Nargis displaced hundreds of thousands of people.? As they attempt to rebuild their lives, many families can no longer afford to send their children to school.? A monastery on the outskirts of Yangon City has been trying to provide daily education for some of these devastated children.? KnK helps support this initiative through tuition and transportation support, school supplies, and uniforms.? KnK also helps support those children that attend the school who are homeless and reside in the monastery.
