Summary of Activities
Youth Center for youth affected by the earthquake disaster in May 2006 in Java.
Provide basic education and vocational training for the youth..

Why Indonesia?
Only a few years after the earthquake occurred in Central Java in May 2006, in Bantul Province physical reconstruction has almost completed, while economic recovery has stalled. Under harsh conditions for employment.
KnK opened a youth center in Bantul prefecture in December 2008. The youth center provides education (computer, English, Japanese), training (motorcycle, electrical and mechanical repair, sewing), and sports activities (Aikido, etc.) for displaced adolescents.
As well, beginners computer classes are held for about 100 children between 5 and 15 years old.
